After going over our market research we will begin to formulate our results into a strategy. We will construct a plan that we will use to guide us towards your established goal and vision.
Now comes the fun part. This is where the work will begin to pay off. After we have mapped out our strategic plan we can implement what we have discussed.
Now that the campaign is in full swing it is critical to monitor how we are doing. We will keep a close eye on how well our market is responding to our campaign and evaluate areas that need correcting mid-campaign.
When the campaign is finished we will evaluate how we did based on the mandate we determined at the beginning of the process. Are we closer to our goal? Were we successful in achieving our campaign goals? What lessons can we apply for future work? This is a time to reflect and start preparing for round 2.
